I'm a single, physician, gal who is changing her life!

I just want to chronicle the changes in my life. Even if no one else reads about me. I will write. I read me. I hear me. I know me. I am beautiful. I am smart. I am strong. I want to be healthy. I want to be loved. I want closer bonds with my friends and family. I want a closer relationship with the Lord. I am changing, for the better, day by day.

Allergy season is officially here. My patients and their kleenexes are lining up at the door. They beg for DepoMedrol. I convince them to try an antihistamine and quite possibly a nasal steroid.

We're opening our Aesthetics wing. I don't know where to start. This week I will order botox, decide on cosmoceuticals, and order chemical peels. I will also print out protocols.

I'm off to Eharmony.
